Many families and young people rebuilding after hard experiences need quick help and a sense of belonging. Through our ongoing campaigns such as our Holiday HeARTs events, rapid-response hardship support, and seasonal clothing drives, we meet immediate needs while creating safe spaces to make art, connect, and feel seen. We do this because small moments of care — warm clothes, a T-shirt made from your own art, a grocery card when money is tight — can restore dignity, reduce stress, and remind people they’re not alone.
Holiday HeARTs
We host art days where families make designs on T-shirts, with cozy items and kid-friendly activities. Holidays can feel extra hard after trauma, especially for kids. We create joyful, safe moments because small wins build confidence and sow seeds of hope. Especially, for kids.
Clothing Drives
We collect new and gently used clothing year-round, with seasonal distributions in Summer and Winter for children and underserved neighbors. We are looking to maintain a “confidence closet” of interview-ready outfits so people who can’t afford them can get attire for verified engagements (interviews, job fairs, conferences, networking events). We do this because many families must choose between essentials. Stability and confidence start with weather-appropriate clothing that helps you show up.
Art gives people a healthy way to express feelings, build confidence, and even earn income. Our gallery showcases original works and prints (including from incarcerated artists), hosts an annual benefit auction to fund art education, and offers ethical printing services that share revenue with creators. We also provide healing-centered art workshops and, with trained professionals, cosmetic tattoo services to gently cover scars — because creative expression and body confidence help people move forward.
For many of our artists — survivors, veterans, and returning citizens — rebuilding isn’t only about housing or a job; it’s about identity, belonging, and being valued for your gifts. Too often they meet closed doors, “exposure” that doesn’t pay, and systems that overlook lived experience. Ronin Project’s Art Gallery changes that by providing dignified exposure and real income to emerging and system-impacted artists, while educating the public through curated exhibitions and storytelling that invite people to see the maker behind the masterpiece.
Your support matters because it turns talent into trajectory. When an artist is paid fairly and presented thoughtfully, visibility becomes part of healing: the narrative shifts from “what happened to me” to “what I’m creating next.” Consistent opportunities build résumés, confidence, and professional habits—momentum that can’t be faked or fast-tracked. Each piece pairs art with context, sparking honest conversations about trauma, justice, and recovery — and building a community that recognizes art as labor, not charity. In short, your gift becomes more than money — it becomes a way of living for artists determined to heal and move forward through their work.

Art Gallery (Online & Local)
Our gallery shows original art and prints — some by people returning from prison — so more creators can be seen and supported. Many artists struggle to reach buyers. We spotlight their work because visibility creates income and pride.
10% of proceeds go to our art programs.
Annual Art Auction
Once a year, we auction donated art to fund free and low-cost art education. Programs need supplies, teachers, and space. We do this so learning can stay free for those who need it most.
100% of proceeds go to our art programs.
Art Printing Services
We print artists’ work on posters, shirts, and more, sharing revenue fairly with creators. Artists often lack reliable ways to earn from their art. We provide a simple path to income because talent should pay the bills.
10% of proceeds go to our art programs.
Collective Publication
We will print a collection and share revenue with contributors. This collection will feature our Artists, their works and the story behind their pieces. We do this to amplify their voices and reward talent while keep the program going strong.
10% of all proceeds go directly to our art programs.
Art Therapy/Expressive Arts Program
With trained professionals, we host gentle workshops to process tough emotions and, when appropriate, offer cosmetic tattoo services to soften the look of scars and cover the reminders that remain behind after trauma. Trauma can change how people feel in their own skin. We offer care that helps people feel whole and confident again.
Art Education Program
We bring simple, healing art classes to underserved communities and, where invited, to people in prison. Many folks don’t have access to safe, low-cost creative spaces. We teach art because expression builds confidence and helps process hard feelings.
Starting over is easier with real chances to learn, practice, and be mentored. We offer coaching, job-shadowing, volunteer and intern roles, and practical skill-building content so participants can grow into steady work and leadership. We also host community networking —like fitness meet-ups where certified pros answer health questions and offer a few free sessions — because skills, routines, and supportive peers strengthen both careers and well-being. We help people turn interests into real-world skills, confidence, and steady work — at a pace that feels safe. The program blends hands-on practice, mentorship, and wellness so progress sticks long after day one.
Mentorship Program
Participants are matched with vetted mentors for goal-setting, job-shadow days, and practical feedback (résumés, LinkedIn, portfolios). Many learners lack guidance and professional networks; mentorship opens doors and shortens the learning curve. We do this to turn potential into opportunity with caring, consistent support.
Volunteer/Intern Program
Structured roles provide start-to-finish projects, verified service hours, and reference letters — plus trauma-informed onboarding and flexible schedules. First-line experience is the hardest to get; these roles create proof of skills employers can trust. We do this so participants leave with real outcomes, not just good intentions.
Skill-Building Content
Short, step-by-step lessons (checklists, templates, quick videos) teach useful tasks like outreach emails, basic budgets, timesheets, and gallery intake. Many can’t afford long courses or don’t know where to start; bite-sized guides remove the guesswork. We do this because clear, doable steps lead to real progress. Many returning citizens lack the technical skills required to fairly compete in today's market. This program is dedicated to shortening that gap.
Networking Events
(Health & Fitness Focus)
Public, low-barrier meetups led by certified pros include Q&A, safe-form checks, and 2–3 free sessions to build routine. Stress and trauma live in the body; movement, community, and encouragement reduce isolation and boost job-readiness. We do this to connect people with supportive peers while strengthening body and mind.
Sharing your story can help you heal — and help others feel brave, too. Our Writer’s Corner publishes original poems, essays, and short stories online, offers writing education in underserved communities and correctional facilities, and releases a collective publication that shares revenue with contributors (including incarcerated writers). We do this to amplify voices that are often ignored and to turn lived experience into hope, learning, and change.
Online Publication
We publish original poems, essays, and short stories so everyday people (including those returning from prison) can be heard. Too many voices are ignored after tough experiences. We share their work because stories heal the writer and teach the reader.
Writer’s Education Program
We run simple writing workshops in underserved communities and, where invited, in correctional settings. Many people lack safe spaces to practice and get feedback. We teach writing because clear words build confidence and opens doors.
Collective Publication
We print a collection and share revenue with contributors. Writers often have few chances to earn from their words. We do this to reward talent and keep the program going strong.
10% of all proceeds go directly to our Writer's Education Program.
